AzMonitor is committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page explains how we handle EU personal data and your rights as a data subject.

Data Controller

AzMonitor acts as the data controller for personal data collected through azmonitor.com. For data processed on behalf of customers (e.g., monitored endpoint responses), AzMonitor acts as a data processor.

  • Rights related to automated decision-making — We do not use solely automated decision-making

Data Transfers

Where we transfer EU personal data outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

Data Processing Agreement

Enterprise customers may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for GDPR compliance. Email legal@azmonitor.com.

Supervisory Authority

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local EU supervisory authority.
