By using AzMonitor you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AzMonitor services. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms.

2. The Service

AzMonitor provides website and API monitoring, alerting, status pages, and related services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@azmonitor.com of any unauthorized access.

You may not share account credentials between multiple organizations or use a single account for multiple unrelated entities.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only monitor URLs and endpoints that you own or have explicit permission to monitor. You may not use AzMonitor to:

Conduct denial-of-service attacks or stress testing without authorization
Scrape content from third-party sites
Monitor competitor infrastructure without authorization
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Resell monitoring capacity without a written reseller agreement

5. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our refund policy.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension. We will notify you 3 days before suspension.

6. SLA

Our Service Level Agreement for uptime commitments is at azmonitor.com/sla. SLA credits do not apply to free plans.

7. Intellectual Property

AzMonitor and its technology remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of data you input into the service. You grant us a license to process that data to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AzMonitor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the incident.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from account settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
