Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When you upgrade, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
What happens when I exceed my monitor limit?
We'll send you an email notification when you're approaching your limit. We won't automatically disable monitors — we'll give you time to upgrade or remove unused monitors.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Pro and Business plans come with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all features so you can evaluate properly before committing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer or purchase order.
How does the annual billing discount work?
When you choose annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 2 months free — an effective 20% saving. The full annual amount is charged upfront at the start of each billing year.
What counts as a "monitor"?
Each unique endpoint you add is one monitor. A monitor can be an HTTP check, API check, SSL check, or multi-step workflow. Checks from multiple regions count as one monitor.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
Yes. We offer 50% off for early-stage startups (< $1M ARR) and qualifying non-profits. Email us at billing@azmonitor.com with details and we'll set you up.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
